How Solar Works?
Solar technologies convert sunlight into electrical energy through photovoltaic panels (PV) that concentrate solar radiation. This PV charge creates an electric current (specifically, direct current or DC), which is captured by the wiring in solar panels. The current flows into an inverter, which converts it to AC electricity ready to use. The current is fed through a meter and then into your home's consumer unit.
Once the solar energy has been converted from DC to AC electricity, it runs through your electrical panel and is distributed within the home to power your appliances. It works exactly the same way as the electrical power generated through the grid by your electric utility company, so nothing within the home needs to change.
Installation Process
Site Eligibility
Our team will conduct a complete solar site assessment which includes evaluating your home's electrical system, shading, and roof.

Once the site assessment is complete, a design for the system is created, that takes into account the customer’s energy needs.
Paperwork & Agreement
It is important to obtain all the necessary permissions and approvals from the local authorities, before installing a photovoltaic system.
This may includes building permits, electrical permits and approvals from the local utility company.
Installation & Permissions
In most cases, solar panels mounted on a roof or wall of a private house do not require planning permission as they would normally fall under what is referred to as permitted development rights.
However, there are conditions that apply to ensure that the installation qualifies for permitted development.
Utility Connection
After the installation, the system will need to be connected to the electrical grid and to proceed with the necessary checks to ensure that it is working properly.
Solar On!
Once the photovoltaic system is installed, it will require regular maintenance to ensure that it continues to operate at peak efficiency.
Clean them at least twice a year and keep them free from obstacles that can cast shadows over the panels.
